Heavy-Gauge American Steel

No Assembly Line — No Two Alike
Each eagle takes the better part of two days. It is cut, shaped, and hand-painted individually, which is why no two are ever exactly the same. There never was an assembly line, and there never will be.

Slight variations in the brushwork and the shaping of the metal are a natural part of handmade work — no two eagles are exactly alike, and that is by design. The steel is cut by hand. The paint is brushed on, layer by layer. Each one takes the better part of two days. These aren't flaws. They are the maker's hand at work — thirty years of it.
