Terms of Service

These Terms govern usamarketco.com and purchases from USA Market Co., a store owned and operated by GC Holdings Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for accurate information and account security.

2. Products and availability
We try to describe and display products accurately. Handmade products may reasonably vary in color, grain, texture, dimensions, or finish. Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for fraud, listing error, inability to fulfill, or violation of these Terms. Any amount charged for a canceled item will be refunded.

Our products are represented as made in the United States by GC Holdings Group LLC. This representation relies on the owner's confirmation that final assembly and all significant manufacturing and processing occur in the United States and all or virtually all components and materials are of U.S. origin.

3. Orders
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept or ship the order, subject to applicable law. Review the product, variant, quantity, address, and total before ordering.

4. Prices, taxes, payments, and promotions
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and charges are disclosed before checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed total. Discounts may be limited by product, order, customer, geography, or time, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless stated. Shipping Protection and the small-business support add-on are excluded from bundle or product discounts.

5. Shipping
The Shipping Policy is part of these Terms. Products are handmade and may require a few business days for production and preparation. The estimate shown on the applicable product page or at checkout controls. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellation
The Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Handmade products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless we expressly approve a courtesy exception. This does not limit legally required remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products. Cancellation is not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

7. Optional extras
Shipping Protection and Support our small business are optional, separately priced items whose selection and price are displayed before checkout. Shipping Protection is a one-time add-on governed by its stated terms. The $10 support contribution is business revenue, not a charitable donation or tax-deductible payment, and does not purchase priority service.

8. Acceptable use
You may not violate law, infringe rights, submit false payment or contact information, introduce malicious code, disrupt the Site, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Reviews and submitted content
Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experience. Any incentive or material relationship must be disclosed. By submitting content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and format it for operating and promoting the store, subject to law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate fraud, abuse, irrelevance, privacy violations, or unlawful content, but will not suppress a review merely because it is negative.

10. Intellectual property
Original Site content is owned by or licensed to GC Holdings Group LLC and protected by law. No license is granted except personal use of the Site for shopping.

11. Shopify and other providers
The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other providers may process information for payments, security, analytics, communications, fulfillment, and related services under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranties exist only if expressly stated. Nothing excludes a warranty or consumer right that law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GC Holdings Group LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited.

14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify GC Holdings Group LLC against third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or content you submit. You do not indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.

15. Governing law and disputes
Wyoming law governs, without regard to conflict rules, while mandatory consumer protections in the customer's state remain applicable. State and federal courts in Wyoming have nonexclusive jurisdiction unless law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, contact support@usamarketco.com for good-faith informal resolution. No arbitration or class-action waiver is included.

16. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues where permitted.
