Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes when supported by the selected carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 5–14 business days after dispatch. Because many items are handmade or prepared in small batches, additional preparation time may be required before shipment. Always review the timeline shown on the product page.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free unless a product page or checkout clearly states otherwise.
Can I return a handmade item?
Handmade and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We may offer an exception as a goodwill gesture at our sole discretion. If we approve a return that is not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged or does not arrive?
Contact support@usamarketco.com promptly with your order number and supporting photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is covered.
Where do I send a return?
Never send a return to the company business address. An approved return address is provided only by our support team after a return request is accepted.
