Contact support@usamarketco.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused. The GC Holdings Group LLC business address is not a return address.
Handmade and made-to-order items
Handmade and made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We may approve an exception as a goodwill gesture at our sole discretion.
Other approved returns
When a return is approved for a reason other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with all original components and packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm an error or covered defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and will not require you to pay return shipping for that covered issue.
Exchanges
Availability cannot be guaranteed. The fastest option may be to place a new order after our team confirms the return process for the original item.
