U.S. delivery
We currently ship throughout the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Preparation time
Many products are handmade or prepared in small batches. A few business days may be required to finish, inspect and pack your order before it ships. The specific estimate displayed on the product page controls for that item.
Transit time
Estimated delivery is generally 5–14 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, severe weather, remote destinations and holiday volume can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan.
Missing or damaged parcels
Email support@usamarketco.com with your order number. If you purchased Shipping Protection, include photos or carrier documentation when relevant so we can review the claim promptly.
